Each year, one hard-working young woman from Rhodes College and/or Christian Brother's University will be selected to be featured on Rho Gamma's Collegiate Spotlight. Rho Gamma created the Collegiate Spotlight Award to recognize young women who exemplify high standards of academic excellence, campus leadership and involvement, as well as active community involvement.

Young women selected for this coveted honor are of both high moral and scholastic aptitude, as well as actively involved in numerous on-campus and off-campus activities.

There is no application process. Recognition is by NOMINATION ONLY from a CURRENT member of the Rho Gamma Chapter. Selected young women will be interviewed, featured on the website, and will receive a special gift from the Lovely Ladies of the Rho Gamma Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
